Our Story

In August of 2020, our owners Brody Bisson and Ben Israel created Radiant Beer Project. In under two years, this distribution only, contract brewed brewery, gained popularity and was flying off shelves in over 100 beer distributors. This success allowed the team to start the hunt for a spot of their own. Settling in the beautiful town of Souderton as Brass Collar Brewing Company, they’re excited to continue to bring the finest beers, but now have a place to entertain. We look forward to serving you a drink you will love!
